Third Umpire Services (formerly Third Umpire Security Solution) is a progressive logistics and supply chain service provider, renowned for its operational precision, time-bound deliveries, and adaptive logistics strategies. Since its inception in 2017, the company has evolved from a modest setup into a trusted partner for India’s leading logistics and e-commerce brands. We manage 30+ Last Mile Delivery Centers for multiple e-commerce companies and provide Consumer Service Management for 10+ electronics and service brands, including Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd. (a Flipkart venture) and TVS Electronics. With a dedicated workforce of 1,000+ blue-collar professionals and 100+ skilled management staff, Third Umpire Services ensures timely deliveries, operational excellence, and exceptional customer satisfaction

    • 2017: Began with two Last Mile Delivery Centers (LMDCs) for Delhivery, laying a strong operational foundation. Partnered with DTDC to streamline booking and improve delivery turnarounds.

    • 2022: Collaborated with Valmo (Meesho), aligning with one of India’s fastest-growing social commerce platforms, scaling last-mile delivery capabilities, and reinforcing our e-commerce logistics position.
